13/06/2011 – Em visita a Orlândia na manhã desta segunda-feira (13), o deputado estadual Roberto Engler (PSDB) confirmou a liberação de R$ 150 mil para o Hospital Santo Antonio eo Grupo Alma. Ao lado da vice-prefeita Doutora Flávia Mendes Gomes (PTB), o tucano visitou entidades e escolas, entre elas a Escola Estadual Oswaldo Ribeiro Junqueira, onde recebeu pedido de reforma do auditório da unidade. No Hospital Santo Antonio, Engler foi recebido pelo presidente, Américo Alves, pelo ex-presidente Antônio Sant'Anna Faleiros e pelo assessor Lequel Anderson de Oliveira. Conversou com os três, outros diretores e funcionários e anunciou a liberação de R$ 120 mil para custeio das atividades da unidade. O parlamentar tem trabalhado por reiterados repasses de recursos estaduais para ao hospital. Desde 2008, contando com o anunciado hoje (13), são R$ 570 mil. "Não é de agora que temos essa parceria com o Hospital Santo Antonio e essa liberação é mais um capítulo de um trabalho do qual nos orgulhamos demais, porque sabemos que é um dinheiro que se reflete diretamente em benefícios para a população de Orlândia", disse o deputado. Engler enfatizou ainda a importância da intermediação e defesa feita pela vice-prefeita Doutora Flávia para essa liberação e para tantas outras em prol do hospital e das demais instituições da cidade.
